Crayfish Bidco Oy’s recommended improved cash tender offer for all shares in Caverion

Crayfish BidCo Oy, a Finnish company controlled by Triton Fund V, announced on 24 February 2023 an improved voluntary public cash tender offer for all the shares in Caverion Corporation.
